Fraudulent Calls

The Florence Town Fire Department has received complaints from various residents about unsolicited phone calls coming from the Fire Station. While these calls on your caller ID state Florence Township Fire they are not originating from Fire Station. These callers were requesting personnel information for Medicare purposes which we would never do. Again, I want to emphasize that no member of the Fire Department would ever call and solicit personal information. Never provided your personal information to anyone over the phone.
